Before last September, I never worked out and I ate out of control. Since then, Iv'e dropped over 30 pounds and am now maintaining. I've done most of that through a calorie deficit and light exercise. I don't have access to a gym nor any fancy equipment; I've been using mainly workout videos from FitnessBlender. Its been taxing trying to maintain some level of fitness and watch my caloric intake. Working on my health and fitness I can handle, because it's beneficial and interesting to test the limits of your own body. Counting calories however, while it works, is in my opinion not healthy. I'm obsessed with calories; I don't see food anymore, just numbers. I may have lost the weight, but I don't feel any healthier around food.
Given my stats (117 pounds, 5ft5, 18 years old, female) my TDEE calories is about 1800. I workout about 4-5 days a week using 30 minute fitnessblender videos. What ways can I increase my TDEE so I don't have to be such a stickler about calories?
