Ok maybe it's because I'm pretty new to taking this getting fit and healthy seriously but I see a lot of people post that this is the exercise they did ..... My ???? Is what is this?? Is it a video a class a YouTube thing that you follow?? Just curious Trying to figure this all out and love to learn new things

It's a 10-week circuit training program that asks you to work out for 25 minutes a day, 5 days per week! It's perfect for people who want results but don't have a lot of time!
