what am i missing here?

Ok...what am I missing-I have been trying to eat 1600 calories a day- I am 5'3 and 174 lbs. my bmr is 1577 set on seditary. Im not tho but I want to log my exercise-I do womens kickboxing 2x a week and the calculator says that burns 789 calories in my hour class-seems high..anyways on the days that I exercise either kickboxing or the gym(usually do treadmill for 30-60 minutes depending on work schedule. I get the calories back to eat-but Im already at like a 400 calorie deficit BEFORE excerise, so when I excerise and try to get my 1600 calories im NETTING like 600. I am FULL on my calories-I do the green smoothies and load up on green veggies and fruit, I feel great but I scared Im not seeing something here-I want to do this the right way. I know this subject is really talked and gone over but I don't want to try to eat like 2500 calories on those days just to NET 1600?>>....

    MFP over estimates calorie burns, so just eat back half what it says and call it a day.
