Getting back on track!

Hello everyone!

I haven't been on here in forever, but have recently got a lot of motivation to get healthy. My husband and I recently went through a miscarriage and I have also just been put on thyroid medication to get my hypothyroidism in check so I figured what better time than now? I am currently 160 lbs and my goal is to get back down to 130 (I am also 5'1). I plan on cutting out soda and all of that other good stuff (chips, candy, junk) and just drinking plenty of water and eating sensibly. It has also been over a year since I have eaten McDonalds and other fast food aside from the occasional Chick Fil A and Chipotle so I have that under control. I have done this before just by doing a lot of walking and some small exercising at home like crunches, planks, and lifting small weights so I know I can do this! I want to be healthy for the next time my husband and I try to get pregnant and I just want to feel good again (and of course look better). I am excited to get back into this and will be sure to update as I go along :smile:
