toning at home

Does anyone know of any good toning exercises to do at home. I can't go to the gym right now but don't want to lose fat and have lose asking either. Any help would awesome.

    I discovered this gal not too long ago. I use her HIIT jump rope stuff on top of my regular lifting at the gym but I know she has some neat videos on her website.

    Keep in mind there is no such thing as 'toning"
    It's called muscles and they start to pop once the fat melts which is achieved through a calorie deficit

    I don't go to a gym either so for my arms I use the small weights that I have at home for my arms and to target my stomach/core area, I do a lot of pilates moves. I also do a TON of squats since they've really improved my cellulite and they've slimmed down my thighs since I started doing them regularly.
