Does anyone have any ideas on anything, other than food, that increases dopamine?
Forgive me for a duplicate post - I also wrote on the exercise site - but I'm looking for anything that just gives that feel good boost. Recently I met up with my family - a large family - and I didn't think about food much, I had a lovely day. I found running felt great- but not for my poor old knees, that I have ruined.
I'm trying to look for non food rewards. Any help, or hearing about your experiences would be wonderful.
Thank you all x
