So I work A LOT of night shifts.. and i figured well.. i sleep a lot during the day and going to the gym becomes this grueling task instead of an enjoyable stress relief.... and i started jogging stairs at work (thankfully i work in an incredibly tall building so this makes it challenging) im just wondering if anyone has had success with this particular cardio work out? and if so what changes have you seen and how long did it take?

I often think about doing the same at work, but sadly there's too many people and I don't want to look silly, BUT, I did take to weighting up a backpack and doing the same in my apartment building at home. I got bored of it, but it was a great workout, could really feel it the next day in my legs and butt!
...I will also do 10-15 minutes jogging up and down the same stairs sometimes if I need a little extra cardio after lifting at home.0
