    If you don't mind me asking, what cardio activities did you do and how long?

    First year I did all kind of cardio like jogging and getting on my bicycle. But I started losing weight when I began lifting weights.

    Oh, and I would suggest swimming as your main cardio activity if you can!

    Glad to hear it was a slow loss. Too many want it done yesterday.and with a large amount of weight that is not smart

    It took me 3 years of slow weight loss. But I did stop for a year after my first year. I changed my diet to become a pescatarian, but I made sure to always be on calorie deficit.

    Not eating any meat but seafood. It wasn't because meat is bad for you, but because it was a way for me to avoid eating things such as burgers when I go out. My options were limited and so it helped me eat healthier.
