Starting Slim in 6 on 27/10/

Hello

I am going to start Slim in 6 tomorrow and I was wondering if anyone else has started recently or is going to start soon? It would be great to have someone else doing it so we could check in on each other!

    I just heard about this today, I was going to look into it. I'll see if I can borrow my friends copy!

    What is Slim in 6?

    Slim in 6 is a set of workout DVD's by Beachbody. The same company as Turbo Jam, P90X etc. I have been doing Turbo Jam for a a few weeks now and now want to try Slim in 6. I have read about great results and as it especially focus on the legs I feel it is the right one for me at the moment.

    If you do a search on the forum or online you'll find more information about it....
