reading my "woman's day" mag. i learned of a new www site i wanted to shre w/ everyone!:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

on a daily basis, it easily keeps track of how much (or not) you do something (u dertermine the "something").:huh: :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh:

it was formed to help one track new habits, but i use it to track how much (or how little) i do any piticular thing.:laugh: :wink: :laugh: :wink:
for example, we can know we have exercised 30 of the past 60 days. &/or how many days we have eaten under our calorie allotance, etc....:noway: :noway: :noway: :noway: :noway: :noway: :noway: :noway: :noway:
