Ground Turkey - 20 ounces
1 large Onion - Diced
1 large Green Bell Pepper - Diced
1 Zucchini - Grated
1 Yellow Squash - Grated
2 Tbls Garlic - Diced
1/2 cup Fresh Basil - Chopped
12 oz Mushrooms
2 - 14 oz cans Diced Tomatoes
2 - 14 oz cans Tomato Sauce
Salt and Pepper to Taste (I sneak in a little crushed red pepper too because I like the heat)

Directions:
Brown Turkey
Drain and add Peppers, Onions, and Garlic cook until onions are translucent.
Add Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Basil, and Mushrooms, cook until water releases and cooks off, about 10-15 minutes.
Add canned ingredients and simmer until sauce thickens, about 15-20 minutes
Serve sauce over cooked pasta.
Serving Size:
3/4 cup Pasta
1 1/2 cups Sauce
