Hello! I am 5'11 25 years old and weight about 156. I want to lose weight and tone up. I know there is no "fix" thats why I am working hard with a clean diet, lifting, and cardio. Just being active and healthy as much as I can. Ive cut out all sodas, processed meats, and basically just junk :)

But, I was wondering if anyone had any advice on supplements to maybe kick-start the progress? I work out 6 days a week so I wouldn't mind something with a little bit of a push. I just find it hard to talk to anyone who isn't trying to push one of those products like VI, Adovocare, Herbalife etc. Just some products I can find would be awesome that aren't a huge program commitment.

I already take fish oil, whey protein, multivitamin, iron, and vitamin C & D.
