    The balti pizza (yes I'm British, however did you guess? lol). Basically, instead of tomato sauce, you use balti sauce, and for toppings you have chicken, prawn or mutton (or all three) and various curry vegetables, like bindi baaji or saag aloo. And when you just have the crusts left, you dip them in mango chutney and whatever other poppadom sauces you like. And if you want to be really hardcore, the pizza base can be garlic naan bread.

    BTW never seen this in a restaurant but made it at home (not with naan bread though, but that's something I've noted for future food experiments)

    Pretty much anything and everything, except anchovies and jalapenos. Love extra cheese, pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, ham, pineapple, green olives, onions (not all at once, though, please).
