Few minor changes I made :)

Options
This has really helped me with my weight loss..just wanted to share this to give you guys ideas.

Milk- Once a while i will half a half glass of 2% milk..but I decided to drink almond milk since it has low calories/carbs and I believe less sodium.

Yogurt- Well, sometimes I do enjoy light yogurt but because of all the sugar I switched to greek yogurt. Getting the right brand has more protein, less sugar and the same amount of calories and less sodium for a single container. It costs a little more, but its worth it.

Mayo/Honey Mustard. Mayo has a ton of calories as well as a lot of salt/sodium. I decided to switch to honey mustard. I go to walmart and get the great value kind. Has less calories and little to no sodium. (I think)

I eat fruit and veggies just about with every meal and drink plenty of water a day. :)

    I just bought some almond milk but haven't tried it.
    Just bought some Greek yogurt and I like it, but what brand do you get?

    We are on the same wavelength!!----but I use regular mustard. lol
