What would you log this workout as?

I just did this workout, (Tae Bo Cardio) and in it you do about 10 minutes of warmup/cool down and 30 minutes of punching,kicking,squats etc.

I have no idea what to log it as because

If I enter 30 minutes of
tae bo/ judo/ tae kwan do: 230
Aerobics Genral/low impact: 130.

It's a huge difference and I'm not sure what to put it as haha any help?
Also if you have any suggestions to log it as something I didn't list up there please say it!
(I'm 5 2' 103 pounds looking to maintain not lose btw)

    I would log it as 20 or 30 minutes of Circuit Training
