My weight loss plan thats random!

Ok hopefully this is the right place to post how i'am losing weight. ok so i wake up whenever since i work 2nd shift doesn't really matter to me. So i am taking supplements, dieting(ish), and working out.
Things I am current taking.
1.GNC- Ripped VitaPak Program. It has multivitamins, a thermo igniter, and some other pill that helps with something.
2 Hydroxycut- caffine and weightloss crap in it
3. Whey protein powder mixed in either milk or water.
Anyway i wake up and take the thermo pill from the VitaPak, wait 30 minutes and go on a run/jog/walk (it varies since im really out of shape lol but i do as much as i can). Before my run though i usually do 30 jumping jacks and 10 push ups and stretch. When i get back i take my hydroxycut pill with the Whey protein powder drink thing and cook me some breakfast. I usually cook about 3 eggs for myself and sprinkle a little cheese on top sometimes ketchup...its good... While i eat i take the first half of the vitapak and save the 2nd half for lunch.
After breakfast I study and do little in house exercises ( varies dont have a set thing i do just random stuff lol). Sometimes i go on another run if im feeling it and if not just more in house exercises. For lunch i usually take another hydroxycut pill and the 2nd half of the VitaPak while i eat lunch. I usually cook a turkey burger (have no idea if its good for me or not) and eat a yogurt. Throughout the day i drink ALOT of water.
Well thats it i only work out at night when i don't have work but i do really eat anything but almonds as a snack at work.
Oh and yes im all over the place wether it be my diet, workout, or even typing on the forum.

count calories. almonds are surprisingly high in calories, and all those supplements and exercising wont do anything in terms of fat loss if you arent eating at a deficit, and you want to make sure that you are eating enough a to keep you healthy as well0

Its really important that you're still counting calories. We'd like to think we can eat how we normally do, take a few pills and be okay - but its not that easy! You can do everything else if you want, but make sure you're not eating too many calories!0
