Hey, everyone. I have been using MFP for a little while. I just haven't got into the support from the website. I hope to be an active participant. A little of my background. I had been in graduate school for the last 3.5 years. I really let myself go. I traveled tons back and forth to campus and would eat anything I could that allowed me time to study and work full time. I have graduated now. Before graduation I weighed the heaviest I have ever been at 306. I was mortified. I am 30 and in my younger days I played baseball. I use to be in such good shape. Fast forward to now and I am down about 15 in three weeks or so.
I keep my diet at 1600 calories a day and it isn't too difficult. I am about 5'11" so I burn quite a few calories just operating every day. I wear a fitbit to track my activity and make sure I am staying active.
