MFP Calorie Burns vs. Nike+ Calorie Burns

Hello!

I've recently started using a pedometer to track my walking. I'm trying to avoid tying my 'diet' to going to the gym a lot because I hate the gym. My goal is to maintain healthy deficits and do the things I like doing to stay busy, like walking or yoga. I also have made a rule that there's no sitting still to watch TV anymore, and as a result my house is pristine and clean! I don't log 'cleaning' calories (should I?) but instead just use it as a nice buffer. At the end of the day what matters to me is the weight that comes off, not if my MFP is 100% accurate.

So, pedometer. I put in my height and weight, and started logging how much I'm walking. However, it says I'm burning MORE calories for my walks than MFP says I'm burning. Should I be manually inputting what the pedometer says, or just trust what MFP says?

BONUS: Any way I can synch the two, and get my Nike+ to talk to my MFP? Cause that would be wicked awesome.
