Hi!! I'm 36f. I've lost 24lbs. My goal is to get to 175. So I need to lose 50lbs. At my biggest weight I was almost 250lb, I gained 15lbs while on chemo last year.
I'm eating clean and protein at every meal. I'm limited as to what I can do, just had surgery #10 and 11on 4/28/14. Almost 4 weeks out of major abdominal surgery. I'm limited to some walking and yoga.
But, I WILL reach my goal!! My biggest motivation/inspiration is that I need to lose the weight bc fat cells harbour a lot of estrogen and I need to get rid of as much estrogen in my body as possible.

Looks like your well on your way. You don't have to exercise to lose here. If you exercise you can eat more - that's all. I can't do much right now either because I sprained my ankle. So I'm just trying not to eat too much. Good luck to ya! :flowerforyou:

Hi there! I'm new as well and I also went through treatment last year. I had abdominal surgery last September but I remember the struggle. I feel your pain. Feel free to add me. Read my bio ....it says it all. :-)
