exercise after bypass

Hi all before my question I need to give you a little background!
In 2008, I had Gastric bypass surgery and I lost over 100 pounds though I never did get down to my goal weight. I was still about 40 pounds away when I had my first pregnancy (which ended in miscarriage).. I then got pregnant with my daughter, and then only 8 months after her birth I got pregnant with my twin sons. With each pregnancy, I held onto about 5-7 lbs. Then (my WORST DECISION EVER!!!) I chose mirena as a birth control method and with 3 months I gained 25 pounds!!! (def due to mirena as I've been able to keep the majority of my weight off for almost 6 years!) I got rid of the mirena and we chose to have my husband "fixed" instead.. Now I'm ready to get started again on a new weightless journey.

On to the question:
Needless to say, the skin on my stomach has been through ALOT in the last 6 years! I have a lot of loose skin but also a lot of extra weight to now work off. I am looking for some suggestions on what methods/exercises/routines to help tighten and tone my stomach as much as possible (tummy tuck surgery is totally NOT an option right now.)

Thanks in Advance

There is no method to "tighten" loose skin. Also, there is no such thing as "toning".

You can lose weight, which will reduce the skin fat. You can also work on building some muscle, which will help fill you out in a good manner, and once the extra skin is cut off, you should be good to go.
