That's as much caffeine in 5 bottles of coke. I've seen kids go through that and more inless than an hour.

Definitely not his place though, and one of the dads needs to tool him up.

My kids - one 12 and one 15, are not allowed caffine leading up to games. They need hydration, not caffine. I'd be upset. Not that they are never allowed a pop, but my oldest especially (who is a cross country runner) has figured out how much better he feels and performs when he's had plenty of water and good conditioning.

I would have to take the coach out behind the woodshed if I caught him doing that with my kids... not his place and teaching a REALLY bad lesson to the kids - more conditioning and training will do the job much better than the caffeine and teaches a much better life lesson.

WTF? That is crazy! If I were a parent I'd be furious. That is not right. Its not his children, its not his place, its not appropriate.

My mind boggles at the nerve of this coach.

Report him. They are in NO POSITION to hand out stimulants to kids.

He can lose his coaching privilege in the league for that. I would report him.
