Hello all!
My name is Kayla and I am about to celebrate being around 5 years longer than I should have. I was in a terrible car accident and based on my right leg injuries alone (although there were many more) I had only a 5% chance of survival. Well, HERE I AM! And now, I want to get back to where I was at 20. I was strong, capable and into all sorts of great sports. Now I find it hard to be up and moving all day without pain, but I think exercise will help get my muscle tone back, reduce pain and allow me to be happier.
If anyone has gone through life changing injuries I would love to hear your story!
Cheers to coming up on 5 years of borrowed time.
