    I’m new here also. I have lost 171 pounds and have kept it off for 3 years. I am now working to maintain my weight.
    You have lost 125 pounds you can lose the other 70.

    Sounds like you both have been working very hard to lose some of the weight. I'm sure you will find this site very helpfully in losing the final lbs/maintaining. Stick with this and you will do great!
