Grrr.. very frustrated with myself today. ive been doing this for 3 months and been doing really well. I usually get some munchies or cravings right before TOM. However, Today i am ravenous!! im eating the same way i eat every other day. Today its close to uncontrollable. im over 100 calories for today. im working out tonight after work but i still need to eat supper and if i dont get this bear under control im going to blow today....HELP!!

I always feed the beast when she arrives. It took more than enough of my energy to quit the chemical addictions I have (drugs, alcohol) that I'll be damned if I try to fend off Mother Nature. Maybe someone else can be more helpful. Best of luck!0

Are you staying hydrated?
Sometimes we're going to have days that suck - just get back on track tomorrow. Make sure you allow yourself a treat or two when it's Shark Week so you don't go hog wild.
Don't beat yourself0 -
Just eat something filling. Don't worry about going over. It happens. Make better choices the rest of the week, and it'll all even out.0

It happens. Just catch yourself before you completely fall. Water, apple, veggies/hummus, popcorn are filling options. Day is more than 1/2 way over - you will make it!!!0

Thank you Very Much everyone!!
I know everyone goes thru it but it is nice to just get it out!
Yes staying hydrated, lots of ice water. i always drink alot of water. i did splurge and have a sugar free energy drink.
But seriously, im even having hunger grumbles LOL
Good idea summerluno2: when i get home i will make a giant veggie tray and just pig out on that and hopefully i wont want dinner0 -
Honestly, I usually just give into the craving (usually for some sweet and salty combo like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups or praline pecans). I find if I don't, and try to eat around the craving, I just end up eating more to fill the space of what I really want, then often end up breaking down and eating what I craved in the first place too. Obviously I try not to go overboard. Usually a couple of reese's minis or a handful of nuts will do the trick.0
