10-15 pounds in a year?

So, I want to lose around 10-15 pounds in a year, or less. I'm not very familiar with the American system, so I'll just use metric.
I'm 154 cm tall and weigh around 57-58 kgs. I'd like to reach down to 53 or 52 kgs by, say, December. Is it possible if I'm sedentary? I mean, I walk daily for at least half an hour at a moderate pace. It's not much exercise, but it's all I can do for now. I don't want to make a huge change in my diet. I just want to have a better and happier lifestyle that is both sustainable and will also help me with my weight loss.
I never really eat out, nor do I enjoy fast food, but I have a huge sweet tooth. So, can I have a small treat everyday besides a piece of fruit? Like, a small slice of bread with a thin layer of chocolate spread on it, a small chocolate bar, or a cookie a day? I'm not rushing to lose weight, so can I indulge in my cravings? My diet mainly consists of veggies, lean meats, about a cup of dairy a day and half a piece of fruit a day, and maybe 2 slices of bread.

Set your goal to lose 0.25 kg/week, set your activity level as sedentary, and do as MPF tells you.
Remember, there is very little margin for error when you aim to lose so little in a week, so make sure you are exact in measuring and logging your food. Also, I suggest eating back half your exercise calories, if you do work out.
If you lose at the rate of 1 kg a month, you'll reach your goal by November/December.

Also, read this, and all the links included in it:

ETA: Yes, you can eat whatever you want, as long as you meet your calorie goal. Try to meet your macro limits everyday too.

Ha! You and me both! And welcome to the United States! I don't have much advice to give you other than to say I am about the same size as you (though I am 157 cm) but my weight/goals are exactly the same as yours!
Me? I also have a wicked sweet tooth. I don't really drink (an occasional beer) but when I'm stressed I will do things like buy a packet of sugar wafers and eat them ALL!
I've come back because I want to get back in shape (10k, 20k races) and I also want to shed about 10 pounds. I don't consider myself fat, though, and I think that takes off the urgency for me.
The only thing helpful I can say is that calorie restriction seems to be the way to go for me since I think I probably eat too much. I'm shooting for about 1500 a day (I think my goals are actually set to 1440). I used to work with a lot of people from Korea, and try to take their approach to food - every meal taken with vegetables, plenty of soups and meats and just enough rice to soak up the juices. Then, if my calories allow, I can have a treat like coconut milk icecream or dried fruit.
    Hope that helps!
