Richard Simmons' Project HOPE

Hi, I'm a 53 year old woman with cerebral palsy who is looking to take her workout to the next level. Currently
I do Leslie Sansone's walk program holding on to my walker to work my legs, and weight work with 3 pound
weights for my upper body; will continue to do LS because she really agrees with my body. Am just beginning
wheelchair Zumba with the Zumba Gold DVD.
Have heard good things about Project HOPE but would like to hear from some who have actually done it. Please
tell me what you found positive and/or negative about this 90 day system, how your body responded when you
were actually doing the workout, and what results you were able to see after the 90 days had ended. Also what
is included in the current edition?I know the electronic food mover is not included, but I don't think I need a food
mover of any kind, since I am using MFP. Do you still get the books and the DVDs? I have seen a wide variety
of prices ranging from $25 to $214, and the list of what you get seems to vary as well. I'm on an EXTREMELY
LOW fixed income, so I'd like to keep it as far under $30 as I can.
Thanks in advance for your feedback!!!
Sue

Well it looks like you are doing a couple of good workouts... I am not sure about Project Hope, some people have total success with programs and with Richard's way hence why he is still in the business and successful. I guess for a good price try ebay or even a good used store.
Maybe now that I've commented it will bump it up and catch the eye of someone who knows more about it... good luck!0 -
