My Fitness app is my new best friend

Hi Everyone, I thought I would become a member of this community as there is so much that I need to understand and everyone's advice, problems and successes are an inspiration.

I started using my fitness app about 1 month ago and it has made loosing weight and understanding the nutritional value of what I eat so easy. Just by changing a few things I have seen a reduction in my weight.

Due to allergy I am very limited to the foods I can eat, Basically I live on fruit and vegetables, no sugar, no processed foods of any kind. Occasionally I will eat fish and meat and I only drink water or a herbal tea.

The best part of this diet is that I never feel hungry, so sticking to my 5,000 Kilojules is now very easy with my fitness app. Before my fitness app I was eating too many nuts, just by changing the amount of nuts I eat I am seeing a reduction in weight.
