Trying to make positive changes

Just relocated near a beach. I always put off trying to eat better and working out due to laziness. At my worst I was 190lbs and lost about 37lbs in the past 2 years by not eating McDonalds and pizza every night but my eating habits still aren't good and I wasn't very active. I'm hoping to make this account to make myself be accountable, find inspiration through others and hopefully change my life in a positive way. I don't dislike my body but I want to love it. My goal isn't to be super tiny, just healthy. I want to be able to exercise without getting winded in the first 5 minutes and put on jeans without the dreaded muffin top. I'm looking to make some friends to just chat with who are in the same boat as I am ????
