I've been neglecting MFP lately. I've been busy with school (finals) and a couple unscheduled trips. I haven't been eating right or exercising as much as I should because of my "I'll start tomorrow" attitude. Well, it's tomorrow!!

I really have no more excuses!

    me too. it's day two of "Getting serious". I got on the scale on Sunday and saw SHOCKINGLY that i was 159 lbs! And I started this MFP at 154 LBS wanting to loose.
    I started running 3-5 times a week, and felt great. My body felt like it was changing for the better, but I Didn't watch my calories EVERYDAY. I'd eat about 1300 during the week and on the weekends binge.

    I'm sure It's not all muscle.

    I'm serious this time.

    Way to go for you too.
