Healthy Dinner/ Tea Ideas please?

I have to cook something for my sisters and I but I am out of ideas! Thanks!

  • My go-to is crispy skin salmon which has been marinated in a bit of kecap manis, served with low fat feta, roast pumpkin and chickpeas. :tongue:

    An easy dinner that non dieters would enjoy too is Spatchcock roasted chicken (35-40 minutes in oven at 200C fan assisted). Roast veg (drizzle or spray with olive oil, put asparagus and snow peas in for the last 10-12 minutes). Oven fries (cut potatoes into fries, microwave for 3 minutes, then drizzle or spray with olive oil and throw in with the chicken for the last 20-25 minutes.
