Hello, I'm 45 mother of three and engaged. I'm trying to lose weight and exercise, finally after years of not caring. Well I got to my all time high weight without being pregnant and have lost a total of 15 pounds. I just joined mfp, and so far am loving it. My biggest problem is getting to my calorie goal and when I do I overdue the sodium. I'm a sodium junky! Love pickles (cut them Out), v8 juice (out) etc...... I always had the mindset these things were healthy because they are vegetables, NOT! but anyway, I am watching my sodium intake, and having trouble. Is this something to be concerned with, and can you do things to reduce the sodium intake?
I also, work in the grocery business, and Its tough!!!!! Any advice would be appreciated. Any friends or recipes is also a plus!
