Spam in forums doesn't fit my macros!

Holy CATS the forums are full of supplement shillers and new advice givers this morning. Thanks to all the spam, I am now over my fat and sodium macros for the day, and I've burned 1,374 calories with my "Report Post" finger alone!

I need to learn how to post gifs...

    Some first posters with links to supplement websites. Some black magic. And a new dude posting unsolicited diet advice. And a partridge in a pear tree.

    I'm enjoying a rare, kid-free morning at my house. So me and my coffee have been lurking pretty hard this am... alternately annoyed and entertained...
