Beginning June 1st, a group of motivated and super supportive pals will be embarking on the 21 day "Adventure Cleanse" described in Kris Carr‘s book, Crazy Sexy Diet.

Are you ready for a revved up, renewed, and re-energized you?! Then join us!

Already more than a 100 pounds lighter, I realized I’m still not feeling like the super me I was expecting and know I can be. My aha moment after reading her book? My diet has been focused on lower fat and lower calorie. I’ve been fueling my body with a focus of eliminating calories as opposed to proactively fueling for an overall healthier me. Originally written as a book focused on overcoming cancer, Kriss Karr shares how she sent her illness into remission just from controlling her diet. If that’s what one can do to a body that has already fallen to illness, imagine the impact we can have on our temples as wellness warriors.

So the title is definitely appropriate since Crazy Sexy Diet is a book on how (and why!) to feed our bodies the healthiest foods, as well as a way of living that provides optimum nourishment for mind, body, and soul. So when we embark on this cleanse, it won’t be a water fast, a juice fast, a “Master Cleanse” where we consume only lemonade & maple syrup, or anything like that. This is not about deprivation; in fact, it’s quite the opposite. These 21 days are an opportunity to “reset” ourselves through lots of delicious foods AND we get to cut out the crap!

I’ll be detailing the nitty gritty for all as we go through it together.

Excited to be going on this journey as a strong and supportive group. With this bunch of committed folks, our only choice is to succeed.

  • I started this process - ( I hate the word diet) on April 6 2014 at 105.1 K today I'm 97 K... I did not suffer, die, lose my kidneys.. I feel amazing and so full of energy it's insane.

    I started with ten days straight then broke the cleanse with very light greens and some white fish.. for the weekend.. then jumped back onto it for the week... I have been doing this for two months and the results are outstanding.

    It will break all your bad eating habits and you will feel great and see fast results... Not to mention I'm saving a lot of bucks not eating out all the time. :)
