Today I moved up to new higher weights on a lot of my exercises :D

I moved up on assisted-pullups and assisted-dips, free weights for bicep curls, lateral and front arm raises, low row and chest press. :D Earlier this week I also put up my leg press weight up :D

I'm getting stronger!!!

I'm most impressed by my bicep curl improvement when I started on my last weight it felt so ridiculously heavy (it's really not, not compared to how much most people on here will be doing!) that I couldn't imagine moving up to the next weight, and now I'm there and I managed it :D I think I'll be able to move up again next week if I keep up the hard work!!!
