low kcal filling stuff helping to cut ?
I have been cutting for some time now and lately been getting a lot of cravings for stuff i never really liked. It sucks as my workmates order a lot of food and i end up eating with them pretty often, even stuff i hate (like sea fruits pizza)
Do you guys have any recipes for stuff that can fill me for a long time ? Bonus points if its low kcal.
Coke zero/pepsi max and gelatine was my number one in no/low kcal inbetween snack, but i can't look at it anymore as i could consume 2L of that stuff a day.
