i am 20 years old 5 feet and 185 pounds , i recently had a child and my pre-pregnancy weight was around 160 just wondering is there any advice on getting a quick start on to this i know it wont happen over night but looking to lose possibly a quick 10 to 15 pounds over the next 2 months just to get me started and encouraged

The very best jump start (and restart) for me is to commit to one week of impeccable logging and exercise every day. The extra focus after a time of laziness usually results in a couple of pounds of water weight (bloat) gone at the end of the week, and it's enough to keep me motivated for a while.0
