Exercise and Calorie Intake, Help!!!

Hey All, I am 23 year old female, 5´3 and about 154lb. I´ve lost weight steadily the last couple of months by working out almost 2 hours every day and trying to eat 1200 cals a day. On average I am burning around 5-600 cals. My problem is at the end of the day, my net calories are still super low, sometimes in the 7-800 range sometimes less and I just cant seem to eat more. Whenever I try to eat back my calories burned during the day, I end up feeling sick. I´m not sure what I should be doing, should I remain the same with my eating and work outs, I mean it seems to be working for me because I´ve lost 16 pounds, or should I be trying something else?? Help please!!! :blushing:

try researching foods that are both healthy but high in calories, some you don;t have to eat a lot of to eat back some of those calories, Walnuts for example.. not sure what other things but they are out there.0
