I started a morning meal replacement in the middle of August 2010 and after 60 days, have lost 27 lbs. My goal was to lose 30 lbs but now have extended it to 40 lbs. I am losing 2.5 lbs a week with a 1200 calories per day diet that I placed myself in. I have the meal replacement, eat a salad or light sandwich for lunch and a good nutritional meal in the evening. Herbalife really works for me and I feel healthier, look better and am full of energy!! This picture with my niece was taken in 2006

    I was wondering about Herbalife.
    I need something to boost my energy as well. Does it help with that?
