Hi,
I just need to get this off my conscience and be accountable.
I have been on a work trip for the last couple of days and what a major blow out! I am sooooo disappointed in myself. I should have walked away, but no, I kept eating...
At least I ran this morning!
Anyway, tomorrow is a new day and I am back home and back on track.

Theres another way to look at it, you've probably just kick started your metabolism. A lot of people have a day off a couple of times a month, they call it a cheat day as a reward and to deter cravings but its more than that, it mixes it up and kickstarts your metabolism.
Which ever way you want to look at it you are right about tomorrow being a new day and good luck with getting back on track0 -
We all have times like that. I had a major blow out last week too. Waaay over my cals for 3 days straight!Well done for keeping a positive attitude. After all, we can't change the past but we can resolve to do better in the future0
