New and would like to stay focussed

Hi there,
I just recently started my weight loss regime, and doing well so far. I worry that I may loose focus and would like to prevent that possibility. I was thinking of getting a motivational friend to help me out.

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to keep on track?

    This site is such a wonderful place to keep focussed and motivated, the more days you come on here, the more you want to stay!

    To help you stay motivated, ensure you log everything you eat and drink. If you workout or exercise, log that too. Add people to your buddy list so that you get encouragement and can encourage others, believe me, it works miracles when you start doing that!
