Stumbled across this video, and found it rather enlightening. It's crazy to think just how much our genes affect our daily life. But what this video doesn't mention is that our daily life also affects our genes. That's right - it's bidirectional. So, while being lazy may be in our genes (it's DEFINITELY in mine), it's no excuse either.
