Bliss Cinnamon Chia Seed Peanut Butter with Touch of Honey and Sea Salt is so good. Stir it in oatmeal, add it to cookies, eat it on celery, dip apples in it. So, so good.
Also homemade wok-fried peanut butter via Alton Brown (Good Eats). Delicious, economical. Worth the minimal effort for maximum yields.
Edit: Also forgot Wild Friends Honey Pretzel Peanut Butter. And store-bought sunflower butter with a melted bar of Endangered Species (Vegan) brand 72% Dark Cacao nib chocolate stirred in to make high protein, high fiber, natural chocolate sunflower butter. Put on anything and everything.
Saturday Market in Portland used to have a stand that sold spicy Mayan Chocolate Peanut Butter (cinnamon, cocoa, cayanne pepper mixed in) but I haven't seen it this year, and I haven't yet tried making my own version.0 -
Thank you for Sharing I looked up Wild Friends and they have a variety to choose from. The chocolate, honey, and maple look soooo good! Good help & neat tricks!0

It's a cookie made with only PB, egg and sugar. I have celiac disease, so I'm really tempted to try these.0 -

Peanut Butter Mousse Pie
This will fill two chocolate or shortbread pie sheels heaping full, and freezes beautifully.
16 oz. creamy peanut butter ( NOT reduced fat)
1 1/2 pints whipping cream
2 8-oz. pkgs. of cream cheese (NOT reduced fat)
1/ 2 to 3/ 4 cups of sugar
Optional, crushed chocolate covered peanuts for garnish
Beat room temp cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth, slowly add sugar. Set aside. Whip cream until stiff peaks form, then fold cream into peanut butter mixture until well blended, pour into pie sheels, chill until firm, or freeze. Sprinkle thickly with crushed chocolate covered peanuts if desired. Serve sliced thin. Absolutely delicious! Don't try to make this low fat, it won't blend well.0 -
Above mousse pie made with Nutella is wonderful too.0

I love PB, especially the Whipped variety! I don't eat it a lot, but when I do
I enjoy it with apples, peanut butter banana french toast or sandwiches, cookies, peanut butter chocolate marble brownies(so bad, but so good), reese's and I'm guilty of buying peanut butter and chocolate pop tarts yesterday. They were there, I saw them and they made it into our cart. Little buggers must have legs!!0 -

I've made these a few time and really enjoy the peanut butter flavour more without the flour of the usual peanut butter cookie. I do find them REALLY sweet though. I'm not sure how much decreasing the sugar would change how the recipe itself turns out but I might try doing that sometime.0 -

I love the smuckers natural, or regular ol jif.
Grilled pb banana is the bomb. I also love these no bake balls:
1/2 c pb
1/4 c honey (or agave)
1 1/4 c oats
1/2 c flax meal or Chia meal
Mash together and roll into balls, 1 tbs each. Refrigerate. They're about 75 calories.
I like pb on carrots the best, celery is good too. I Eat it that way so I can have more pb, instead of wasting calories and carbs on bread. Now I want totry it with apples and granola!0 -
I think I'm in heaven.0 -

If you backtrack to the original blog, the recipe inventor mentions making them successfully with 3/4 c sugar or 1/2 cup sugar.0 -
Carrots in pb! Sounds weird but it's a tasty, filling snack.
That spicy, chocolate pb sounds amazing. Why is Pland the best foodie city ever???0 -
My most favourite thing to do it to get a Whittakers king sized block of chocolate and break it into 4. Put a thick layer of Kraft whipped peanut butter on the smooth side of two of the chocolate pieces. Put the other pieces of chocolate on top and make a sandwich. Microwave for a few seconds, then inhale.
oh. my . god
That sounds incredible...
Have you tried the whittakers peanut butter block? I was totally disappointed - almost like they needed just a little more salt in the peanut butter part to get that combo just right0 -
I get fresh ground peanut butter. It's got a smooth-meets-crunchy texture, and no additives, just peanuts.
I like it on a spoon with chocolate chips on top. I like a spoonful in a smoothie with milk and a frozen banana. Spread it like frosting onto a granola bar. Spoonful in the ramen noodles with a little soy sauce. Grilled pb & j. Pb and dill pickle sandwich. PB and banana on a toasted bagel. Use instead of tahini in hummus.
I love, love, love peanut butter. I also love dry roasted peanuts and boiled peanuts. Yay for peanuts and peanut butter!

Yep - this is my standard peanut butter cookie recipe. Just be careful because they can be a little crumbly - may have to add more peanut butter, or might depend on the size of your egg. Also try it with brown sugar - I've used just 1/2 cup of brown sugar instead of the white sugar and it worked well.0 -
I melt pb in the microwave then pour it over icecream0

I made these peanut butter cookies tonight and they are insanely good!

LOVE PEANUT BUTTER
Being canadianI eat Kraft smooth peanut butter. However, if I have the extra cash I splurge on Earth Balance Creamy Coconut & Peanut spread…SOOO good! (its gluten free, vegan, non gmo, uses organic ingredients…just overall goodness!)0 -
I love peanut butter, but I'm a brand snob when it comes to my PB. It took me awhile to find one that would compare with JFG, which was my FAVE. NOW I'm all about the JIF. Creamy, Natural, Crunchy, Extra Crunchy....I don't eat sandwiches because of the bread...I'm Diabetic, but I can totally do damage with a spoon. I have gotten better about eating it though, I would sink myself into a jar!!!0
