3 weeks in and have this constant dizzy/lightheaded feeling

It started 3 days ago, and I have this constant slight dizzy/light headed feeling.
I always make sure that I have my 1200 calories, and usually do 200 calories on the wii.
Is this normal? Anyone else had this?

You're eating the bare minimum, and then exercising 200 calories off, so you're only taking in 1000.
You should eat more, and eat your exercise calories back.0 -
