I have been weighing and logging everything as well as trying to be more active. I would welcome any suggestions. I have lost 6.5 lbs since starting April 19th. I am not budging weight wise since starting mfp. Also, I end up hungry at night. I have my activity at slightly as I chase my 1 year old all day but do I need to set ot to sedentary? I am set at 2lbs loss per week. Thanks for any suggestions!

If you've lost 6lbs since April, just keep doing what you were doing then?0

Six and a half pounds is a good loss for just over a month! Just hang in there and keep working!
Just glanced at your food diary, and you might just try keeping out of the "red zone." Sodium and fat look awfully high.
Even the zealots who scream "all that matters are calories" from the rooftops would probably agree that 250 grams of fat per day are probably a bad idea.0 -
Are you accurately tracking your food? Have you considered buying a food scale if you don't already have one?0

I only went over in fat one day when we ate out. I don't make a habit of it.
I use a food scale for everything.
I guess I am really wondering why I am not losing in the past week or two when I have been very careful logging and being active. And going to bed hungry is not all that fun.
I should have been more specific in my question.0 -
Looked on kfcs website and it said 64 grams of fat so maybe my diary wad not accurate. Ugh0

You might want to consider dropping your weekly weight loss rate down from 2lbs. a week to 1 or 1.5 lbs. This way you will have more calories to eat. There is nothing wrong with losing a little slower if that makes you more happy.0
