Read this today,its what most of us already know but its good to see something in print to emphasize the whys and hows. He does mention the thermo thing but dont let that stop you from reading it completely because it still is a sensible article and explains why tracking calories is what works for most people. http://greatist.com/health/yoni-freedhoff-count-calories
