Is this possible?

I just got back from vacation and was expecting to have gained a few pounds due to my terrible eating habits. I ate out every day at numerous restaurants and had a massive cone of ice cream and fudge each day. To my surprise I didn't gain a pound. NOT COMPLAINING!
However, although the scale reads that I didn't, is it possible to put on fat without weight? Or is this weight gain feeling just bloating? Curious thoughts.

Chances are that it's just water weight0

I doubt it a short vacation you lost massive amounts of muscle and replaced it with fat.
I am a lot more active vacationing than I am at home. That helps. Glad you enjoyed yourself! DO go back to your old habits.0 -
Just water weight from the extra carbs and sodium. A few days back on your diet and you will flush it out and lose the bloated feeling0
