What are some of your strategies when it comes to avoiding eating out of boredom? I paint my nails so I can't touch anything haha. I'm trying to read more as well.
Edit- meant to write (boredom eating) in the topic but my finger slipped and phone sent before I was ready!

I will usually find something random or interesting to read. Watching TV does not help...but I get really grossed out by "food fingers" touching my books or my key board. For instance right now I am avoiding boredom eating by hopping the message boards. lol0
