Need help

so i started my weight loss at 98 kg my initial goal weight was 85 kg but when i got there i was not satisfied so i set my goal to 75 kg and now i have 3kilos remaining to reach that target but my belly is still hanging and now i look somewhat skinny but with a bulging belly..... btw i calculated my IBW and it was 78 based on my height (178cm) so my question is will my belly be there forever or i should lose more weight but then i will be way under my IBW??

Do you lift? Lifting helps lower your fat percentage. The scale does not take that into account when you see how much you weigh. Maybe focus on your measurements more than the pounds. It is a better indicator of progress in my opinion.0

i am already losing measurements but my point is that i am very close to my lbw so i thought by now my body should look more toned and no i don't lift i didn't think it was important but clearly i was wrong0

Need to be lifting weight. You are losing a good portion of muscle along with fat, so there is still more body fat than you'd expect.
If you are lifting weights during this process, then you simply need to continue to lose fat weight.0
