Was finally able to get my fitbit flex to sync with phone and wondering how accurate it is in calculating daily calorie needs. If it is accurate then it would explain why my weight loss has been slow. Map and fitbit calculated daily expenditure higher than what fitbit has been showing that I use. I have been counting and measuring everything I have eaten for months including weighing every spoonful of peanut butter. More than willing to up my activity not sure I want to drop calories. Just wondering if numbers add up on fotbit

I use FitBit and MFP and I think FitBit is over generous with the calories it applies to exercise e.g. 200 calories for 20 mins on cross trainer, 163 calories for 1 mile of running. So I always manually enter calories and take some off what FitBit estimates.0
