Hi, my name is Heather, I am 43 and I am new to MFP. I have been overweight all my life, lost all my extra weight with gastric bypass but have gained back about 40 pounds. I am here to lose that 40 and keep it off! Anyone wanna be weight loss friends please add me I need all the support I can get and I give good support too! :happy:

    Hi Heather, although I don't know have any weight now to loose. I have recently reached my set target weight loss of 44lbs
